Yes. An invoice will be provided for the forwarding from the US services. We will issue the invoice once the payment for the services has been received. Shipzee cannot provide a VAT invoice since Shipzee is a US registered company and is not a VAT payer in Lithuania.

Please note: Shipzee is responsible only for forwarding packages from the US to the customs agent office in Lithuania. The further package delivery is managed by the client. The invoice for T1 transit declaration and the invoice for customs procedures are issued by the customs agents.
A business address needs to be added to your Shipzee account and selected when placing a forward request.
A company address can be added in your account by selecting:
"My Account", "Shipping Addresses", "Add an address", "Commercial".

You can also do that when placing a forward request by selecting:
"Shipping Addresses", "Add an address", "Commercial".
Yes. Simply add your company address and select it when placing the forwarding request.

When adding a company address, the following information must be provided: company name, address, company number, VAT code, EORI code.
If package dimensions are disproportionately large compared to its actual weight, the shipping cost is calculated based on dimensional weight.

To calculate dimensional weight for air shipments, the following formula is used: length x width x height / 166, and for sea shipments, the following formula is applied: length x width x height / 300.
Yes. In this case, you must contact the local customs department regarding the precise information about the required documents.
Import procedures take place in Lithuania, at the customs agent office approved by Shipzee.

Please be advised that Shipzee only provides the services for forwarding the packages from the US and that our order price does not include the customs agent's brokerage fee and import taxes.
Packages delivered to our US warehouse, but not requested to be forwarded will be stored for 30 days free of charge. When this period ends, every package will be charged a storage fee of $1 for each additional day. After the free storage term, an indicator will appear next to a package in your account together with the accumulated storage fee.

Packages kept for more than 90 days will be removed from your account and disposed of.

Please note: Compensations will not be issued and claims will not be accepted in regards to the disposal of packages past the 90 day period.

Packages requested to be forwarded, but not paid for will be stored for 2 days free of charge. When this period ends, every unpaid package will be charged a storage fee of $1 for each additional day. If you do not pay for your packages in 30 days since placing the request to forward them, they will be disposed of.

Please note: Compensations will not be issued and claims will not be accepted in regards to the disposal of packages past the 30 day period.
Standard delivery term for Express Shipping is approximately 8–10 business days and for Economy Shipping – approximately 4–6 weeks calculating from the day the package is dispatched from our US warehouse. We ship packages via Economy Shipping (by sea) every Thursday and via Express Shipping (by air) every Friday. You can choose your preferred shipping method when you place your forward request.

Please note: the indicated terms are preliminary and in rare cases may be prolonged due to the customs procedures or other unforeseen circumstances.

When placing a forward request, you need to provide:

- a commercial receipt describing the contents of the package (the invoice);
- a packing list;
- a bank payment copy of the purchased items.

In the case of products return, please confirm the exact list of the required documents with the customs office of the country the customs procedures are taking place in.
Yes. If you select to additionally insure your package when forming your order, in case your package is lost, Shipzee will compensate the full insured amount and will provide a full refund for the forward request order. The maximum insured amount cannot exceed the declared package value.

If the shipment is not additionally insured, the Shipzee shipping order will be refunded without a compensation of the shipment’s value.

Please note: in case of a lost package, you will have to provide the purchase documents to prove the insured/declared package value.
If the package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery and provide us with a description of the damaged parcel or damaged goods and photos of them as proof. We will objectively evaluate the damage and will determine the compensation amount.

Please note: the maximum compensation amount cannot exceed the amount paid for the Shipzee shipping service. The declared package value is not compensated.

Please note that compensations are not issued for damaged product packaging.
EORI number is short for "Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number" and is a system of unique identification numbers used by customs authorities in the EU. You can obtain an EORI number from your country's customs website.
All packages are delivered to the address of the customs agent. You can take the packages from the customs agent by scheduling a pick-up time or you can have them delivered to your address by providing a package sticker generated by your chosen courier.
The declared package value is determined and provided by the client when placing the forward request. If you're consolidating several packages, you need to declare the value and content for each package individually.
The standard forward request processing fee is $5. The final service price depends on the number of packages, shipping price and the selected additional services. You can calculate the preliminary shipping cost for various shipping methods depending on the package's weight and dimensions here.

Please note: the minimum shipping price for Express Shipping (includes up to 3 lbs) is $15.80, and the minimum shipping price for Economy Shipping (includes up to 7 lbs) is $12.80
List of prohibited items:

  • Firearms, cold weapons & their accessories, including replicas, compound bows, crossbows, and other weapon-related items.
  • All types of knives (hunting, combat, kitchen, folding, knife replicas, accessories, parts).
  • Thermal imaging, infrared or other night vision devices.
  • Explosives, fireworks, gun powder, flares or matches, gasoline.
  • Diesel or other fuel.
  • Prescription medicine.
  • Prohormones, Human Growth Hormones, stem cell treatments, steroids or synthetic versions.
  • Perishable products of any kind.
  • Food products. Also, drinks and other liquids.
  • Alcohol, tobacco and CBD products.
  • Toxic substances and other products harmful to health.
  • Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides.
  • Radioactive elements or products.
  • Oxidizing agents.
  • Paper money and coins, including collectibles.
  • Fire extinguishers.
  • BB/pellet/airsoft/paintball guns, their parts and projectiles and other similar goods.
  • Damaged batteries.
  • Contraband or illegal substances.
  • Gambling devices & accessories.
  • Live or dead animals or insects.
  • Agricultural products, including seeds, live or dead plants, unfinished or untreated wood & soil.
  • Items containing animal products controlled under the Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, or requiring a permit under CITES.
  • Any unidentifiable material, substance or chemical.
  • Damaged, refurbished electronics and other defective items that could be perceived as waste.
  • Products filled with gas (aerosol, CNG, etc.).
  • Batteries that are not installed in or packed with a device.
  • Fragile glass and ceramic goods.
  • Vitamins and food supplements.
  • Electric bicycles, electric scooters, hoverboards.
  • Tires.
  • Licence plates.


Please note that the list contains categories of prohibited items and does not necessarily list all specific items within that category. In case of any doubts whether the desired product belongs to the prohibited category, we recommend that before purchasing the item from the seller you confirm it with us via email info@shipzee.com.
Yes. If you don’t select the service of keeping the original box, packages may be repacked in order to reduce their dimensional weight and shipping costs.

Please note: claims because of possible damage during repacking will not be accepted.

If you don’t want your package to be repacked, select the free service “Original box” when forming an order.
The amount of import taxes is calculated based on the declared value and the contents of the package.
Yes. If you wish to have the package returned to the seller, please contact us via email info@shipzee.com and provide the return label together with return instructions from the store.

Please note: this service has a fixed $20 fee per package (the return label is not included in the price).

In the case of a return, only envelopes can be consolidated. The first envelope is charged the standard return fee ($20) and for every additional envelope extra $5 are applied.
After registration you can find your personal US address and unique Suite number by logging in to your Shipzee account.
All commercial shipments to Lithuania will be a subject to a T1 transit declaration fee which is $25 + $5.5 for each additional HS code.
Each package is identified by the personal Suite number indicated on the parcel.
Usually, if the identification information, i.e. Suite number, is provided correctly, packages are uploaded to our system in 24 hours (during business days) after their delivery.

Please note: In rare cases, we receive an unusually big amount of packages in our US warehouse and due to this increased load assigning a package to an account may take up to 5 business days.
Yes. If you wish to join two or more parcels into a single package, please select the parcels you would like to consolidate on your Shipzee account package list before placing a forward request. A fixed $5 fee will be added for consolidating 2–5 packages and an additional $1 fee will be added for each extra package after the initial five.
When shipping by air, the package dimensions cannot exceed the following: 72 x 48 x 40 inch.
