How it Works?

First thing you will need to do is sign up for a new account. Registering is free and all you need to do is provide your name, email and receiving address. Once registered, you will be able to login to your Shipzee account. Make sure to provide your full name and correct shipping address. It is important that the name provided is correct in order to prevent problems with customs and upon delivery. Don't worry if you plan to change your address in the future, this can all be done through your Shipzee account.
Once you have registered, we will provide you with your own private US address. Your address can be found in your Shipzee account along with your unique "Suite" number. Make sure to accurately provide your name, unique "Suite" number and our US warehouse address when shopping for goods online in order to prevent any delays or lost packages.
When you login to your Shipzee account, you will be able to view all of your items that we have received at our warehouse. It takes up to 24 hours to enter arriving packages into our system. Therefore, do not be alarmed if you see that your package has been delivered but does not yet show up in your account. Once you see that your packages have arrived, you will have the option to create a forward request.
Either you are looking to ship a single or multiple packages, either the package needs to be delivered urgently or not, Shipzee is able to offer various shipping options and methods that will suit your needs and budget. You will have the option to pick a more preferred shipping method, select packaging options for your items, choose additional packaging services if needed and declare your package value. Shipzee will begin preparing your shipping request as soon as you confirm it.


Frequently Asked Questions

After a successful registration Shipzee will provide you a valid personal US address with a unique account number - Suite. You will be able to use it as a delivery address for your purchased items from any US online store. Upon the delivery we will automatically assign your packages to your account and store them in our warehouse until you decide to forward your received items to applicable countries.
Your delivery address can be located under the section “Your US Address”, after logging into your Shipzee account.
The standard shipping request processing fee is $5. The final service price depends on the amount of packages, shipping price and additional service fees, which can be selected while preparing a shipping request. Preliminary shipping prices for various shipping methods depending on the package's weight and dimensions can be calculated here:
Important: starting shipping price via air (up to 3lbs) is $20.80; starting shipping price via sea (up to 7lbs) is $19.10
Packages that have been delivered to our US warehouse, however, have not been added to any shipping requests, are stored free of charge for the first 45 days. Additional $1 storage fee will be added for any additional day past the first 45 days since the package has been received. An indication together with the fee for additional storage will appear in your Shipzee account once a package has been stored for more than 45 days.
Packages left for more than 90 days will be removed from your account and disposed from our warehouse.
Important: Compensations will not be issued and claims will not be accepted in regards to the disposal of packages past the 90 day period.
Packages that have been selected for a shipping request will be stored at our warehouse free of charge for 7 days. Additional $1 storage fee will be added for each package for each additional day past the first 7 days since the shipping request has been completed and a package is ready for shipping. Packages will be removed from your account and disposed from our warehouse if the shipping invoice will not be paid within 30 days from the day the package has been prepared for shipping.
Important: Compensations will not be issued and claims will not be accepted in regards to the disposal of prepared packages past the 30 day period.
The shipping price is calculated either by the actual weight or the dimensional weight (whichever is larger).
To calculate dimensional weight for air shipments we use the following formula: Length x Width x Height / 200; for sea shipments: Length x Width x Height / 300.
Yes. In case of a lost package, Shipzee will compensate the full insured price of the package. For uninsured packages, Shipzee will compensate the declared package price.
Important: In case of a lost package, a purchase receipt of the items that were inside the package will be requested in order to issue a compensation for the insured/declared value of the package.
Orders shipped from our warehouse in the US usually arrive to applicable countries in 7-10 business days by air shipments or in 4-6 weeks by sea shipment. You will be able to the choose shipping method when creating a forward request.
Important: the Customs Department has a right to withhold packages for additional verification. In such cases standard delivery terms may be prolonged.
All packages are delivered by private courier companies to your provided address. You will be able to choose the shipping type when creating a forward request.
Three additional services can be selected while preparing a shipping request for packages being shipped to Europe:
Invoice removal ($1) - all invoices will be removed from a selected package ($1 service fee per package).
Price tag removal ($5) - price tags from products inside a selected package will be removed (the fixed starting price is set to up to 10 price tags, each additional price tag from a package will be removed for additional $0.3).
Ship in the original package ($0) - your package will be shipped in its original packaging.
Each package is identified by the personal Suite number indicated on the parcel.
Usually all shipments appear in the system within 24 hours (working days) from the moment of their delivery if your Suite number is indicated on the shipment correctly. Important: In rare cases, we might receive an unusually large number of shipments in our US warehouse, so due to the increased workload, it may take up to 5 business days for the parcels to be assigned to your account.
Yes. If there is a need to have the package returned to the seller, please contact us via email [email protected] and provide the return label together with return instructions from the store.
Important: this service has a fixed $20 fee per package.
In compliance with the EU laws and regulations, packages declared over $50 in value will additionally be charged with import taxes. A preliminary amount for the applicable import taxes will be displayed while preparing a shipping request if the package's value is decaled over $50.
In this case, VAT and customs duties will have to be paid, which is about 25-30% of the total parcel value (shipping costs are included in the total parcel value). There will also be a fixed customs broker fee of 30 USD for each suspended package.
In the event of client's refusal to pay import duties, the shipment may be returned to the U.S. (customer covers all costs associated with returning of the shipment). If the customer refuses to pay import duties or cover the costs of returning the shipment, the shipment is disposed of.
The declared package value is determined and provided by the client. Declared value and the content information of a package needs to be provided for each package that is consolidated.
Customs officers have the right to suspend and inspect any package if the declared value or content of the package are causing any doubts. In such case, customs authorities may request documents that prove the declared value of the goods dispatched. Failure to provide such documents will result in taxes calculated by the customs authorities according to the current market price of the goods.
If your package was damaged upon the delivery, you must contact Shipzee support within 48 hours by sending email containing detailed description, photos of the damaged package and its content and the evaluation of the damage. A case will be opened to determine the cause and assess the damage.
Important: the maximum amount of compensation cannot exceed the amount of your declared parcel value and/or the amount specified in the purchase documents.

A preferred packaging method selection is required while preparing a shipping request to have your items shipped to Europe.
Standard ($0) - items will be packed using standard shipping boxes or envelopes.
Additional ($5) - items will be additionally packed using bubble wrap.
Safest ($8) - items will be additionally packed using bubble wrap and packaging paper or packaging foam.
Important: for packages containing fragile items, we recommend using the "Safest" packaging method.
Yes. Two or more packages can be consolidated into a single package. In order to do so, please select the packages you would like to consolidate on your Shipzee account package list before placing a shipping request. A fixed $5 fee will be added for consolidating 2-5 packages. For consolidating 5 or more packages, an additional $1 fee will be added for each package together with the $5 fixed fee.
Yes. All of your packages will be re-packed in order to minimize the package's volume size and lower the shipping cost. In order to skip the re-packaging step, please select the option to have your package shipped in the original packaging during the package shipping request.
Additional services that can be selected before starting a shipping request:
Inspect the contents of a package ($5) - we will inspect and provide information about the contents of a package (i.e. inform about visually damaged items, specify information about an item).
Additional photos ($10) - according to your request, we will provide up to 20 high quality photos of the package contents.
Dispose a package ($0) - a package will be removed from your account and disposed from our warehouse.
